Welcome to our newest status report for our awesome Crypti community!

In order to keep you up-to-date I will summarize the latest Crypti developments. I will talk about a few marketing projects we started, how far the new whitepaper is and when Crypti v0.3.0 gets released.

Crypti v0.3.0 release

We will start with the most interesting news. The next Crypti client version will bring us many new features and a huge optimization of the Crypti codebase.

We will release v0.3.0 this week. So delegates, be ready to update your nodes! The lite client will be released 2 weeks later, due to some heavy changes we need to do at our Crypti JS library.

Whitepaper

Our whitepaper is taking a better shape everyday. The whitepaper will cover several key components of the current and future Crypti client, protocol and network. It gives great insight into our vision and the path Crypti is taking.

We expect to release it next week.

Crypti Tipping

I'm currently coding crypti.tips to become a tipping page for Crypti. It will be possible to create tip links and to tip others. It's in alpha right now, but the page is already functional. It's running on the testnet, if you need some testnet XCR simply ask me. If you have any ideas how to make it better, let me know. As a security notice: Yes, it will support https once it goes live.

We will use crypti.tips to promote Crypti to several key influencers later on. For this the Crypti Foundation will spare several thousand XCR. If you know someone who deserves to be tipped, please insert him/her into this document.

Crypti Correspondents

The Crypti correspondents campaign doesn't even run for one week, but we are already making good progress.

What are Crypti correspondents?

Crypti correspondents are representatives for different local communities like China, Germany or Russia. They will translate the BitcoinTalk thread into their language, give the users support if needed and will translate our client/website in the future. Correspondents aren't part of the Crypti Foundation and they don't make decisions for Crypti, however we will listen to all their opinions to make Crypti better.

If you want to know more about what a correspondent has to do, check out this document. It gives you a detailed look into their duties.

Who are our correspondents?

Currently we have two correspondents, one for China and one for Germany. I will be taking care of Germany, while Mandy1748 is responsible for China.

Mandy1748 already worked hard to get Crypti to the chinese community.

How can I become a correspondent?

Just mail me (you can find my mail address in the linked document) or send me a PM on BitcoinTalk (Passion_ltc) or our official forum (Max). I will come back to you as soon as possible then.

We are still looking for correspondents from the following countries:

  • Spanish
  • French
  • India
  • Italian
  • Dutch
  • Portuguese
  • Russian
  • Turksih
  • Japan
  • And any other country with a relatively big cryptocurrency community

That's it for today. Stay tuned for the Crypti v0.3.0 release blog post in the next days.

Thank you very much!
