The Crypti Foundation is currently in the process of bringing online the mainnet with the new algorithm. We have 10 Foundation nodes currently active and running on the mainnet, including the node running our web wallet which is now back online.

We will be monitoring the network for the next few hours to ensure that everything is working as planned. Once Lin at BTER is back available, we will begin the rollout to BTER and the other exchanges. Once the exchanges are running the new version, we will allow time for them to re-process hung transactions and to monitor the network to ensure no issues arise with the additional traffic.

If no issues arise, we will post the new version for download so that you can all begin running your own nodes and forging.

Current Projected Timeline:

• 10-12 hours to monitor traffic & wait for Lin to be available.
• 1 hour to roll out to BTER & exchanges
• 4-6 hours to monitor traffic after exchange implementation

At this point we will release the newest version and continue to monitor performance as the new nodes are brought online.

We will also be posting a separate explanation in regards to how the new forging system works so that everyone is up to speed with what factors effect forging.

For those wondering about forging transaction fees awarded during this period, we will be forwarding all forged amounts over the phased implementation period to the Faucet for re-distribution to new users and the community.
